The Market

January 2013 - We have changed our format to a 'monthly' market on the 4th weekend to better serve our artist and the community at large.  We also moved to a new location downtown, inside the Scottish Rite Library & Museum. 500 S. Harwood Street, Dallas, TX 75201.

Established in 2012, Dallas Handmade Arts Market is an indoor market where local artists, crafters, and designers sell unique, handmade items every weekend. It’s a fun destination where guests can interact and buy directly from artists.

Located in a large building that has seen many wonderful remodels in the Dallas Design District, Dallas Handmade Arts Market is a vital, vibrant, and dynamic environment for the North Texas community of artists and designers to get their products into a retail space.

Like markets and marketplaces all around the world, Dallas Handmade Arts Market is different things to different people. It’s a pop-up shop, a rotating store-front, a place to stimulate the trend-spotting itch. It’s a place where resources, ideas, and merchandise are constantly changing hands. It’s a place where discovery happens every weekend.
